Accessibility statement

MedLearn's commitment to making the website and system accessible to people with disabilities, in accordance with Israeli Standard SI 5568 Level AA.

Last updated: October 6, 2026

1. Commitment to Accessibility

MedLearn (hereinafter: "the Company") attaches great importance to providing equitable and accessible service to all users, including people with disabilities. We strive to make the website and system accessible so that every person can build courses, learn, take exams, and receive a certificate independently, respectfully, and safely.

Accessibility is provided in accordance with the Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities Law, 5758-1998, and the Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities (Accessibility Adjustments for Service) Regulations, 5773-2013.

The accessibility of the website and system is carried out in accordance with Israeli Standard SI 5568, which is based on WCAG 2.0 guidelines at AA level, and with the aim of complying with WCAG 2.1 AA guidelines.

2. Accessibility Status on the Website and System

The website and system were built with modern technology that supports screen readers and full keyboard navigation.

The website has been tested by the development team using automatic testing tools and common screen readers. We continue to perform ongoing tests and improvements with every content or version update.

Some content components are provided by the subscribed institutions (presentations, media files, documents). The company instructs institutions to upload accessible content, but cannot guarantee full accessibility of third-party generated content.

3. Accessibility Adjustments Made

Full keyboard navigation across all website and system pages, including forms, menus, and dialog boxes, with clear focus indication.

Screen reader support: hierarchical heading structure, ARIA descriptions, form and field tagging, and alternative text (alt) for meaningful images.

Full support for right-to-left (RTL) directionality in Hebrew and Arabic, and left-to-right (LTR) directionality in English and Russian.

Increased color contrast between text and background, use of clear and legible fonts, and avoidance of reliance on color alone to convey information.

Full adaptation to various screen sizes (responsiveness) and support for display enlargement up to 200% without loss of content or functionality.

Support for user preference for reduced animations (prefers-reduced-motion) and avoidance of flashes that may cause seizures.

Learning content in four languages (Hebrew, Arabic, English, and Russian), including voice narration for lectures that assists learners with reading difficulties.

Option for self-paced learning, stopping and returning to a slide, and saving viewing progress — suitable for learners who need additional time.

4. Known Limitations

Some pages or components may not yet be fully accessible, especially in content uploaded by institutions or in external files in PDF format.

PDF documents produced by a third party may not be fully accessible. We will gladly provide an accessible alternative for any document upon request.

We are continuously working to correct these limitations. If you encounter an inaccessible component, we would appreciate it if you would contact us to help us fix it quickly.

5. Service Accessibility

The service is provided online only. Inquiries regarding accessibility, requests for an accessible alternative, or assistance with using the system are handled via the phone and email listed below.

The Company undertakes to respond to accessibility inquiries within a reasonable time, and at most within 14 business days.
